Zoom on the job:
establish and improve project management methodologies, standards, tools and templates, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and best practices
oversee the IT project portfolio, coordinate resources and monitor progress, risks, dependencies and inter-project impacts
create and deliver project status reports, dashboards and KPIs for management and stakeholders
facilitate risk identification, assessment, mitigation strategies, and change control processes across IT projects
lead continuous improvement initiatives, promote digital tools and agile practices
coach and train project managers and teams
Profile Come as you are, ideally with:
minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management and PMO roles
certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prince2 or Agile Scrum Master
expertise in PMO governance and portfolio management in IT environments
knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
experience in change management, multicultural and cross-functional teams
familiarity with SAP, ServiceNow SPM, MS DevOps
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ability to manage complexity and foster collaboration
fluent in English, Dutch and French
